Nadal, Swiatek Claim French Open Titles

Second-seeded Rafael Nadal of Spain defeated top-seed Novak  Djokovic to win the French Open Sunday in straight sets, 6-0, 6-2, 7-5, tying Roger Federer's record of Grand Slam wins for men with his 20th.

It was also the 13th French Open championship for Nadal, and his fourth straight.

On Saturday, unseeded, 54th-ranked Iga Swiatek of Poland won the women's French Open title with a 6-4, 6-1 win over fourth-seeded American Sofia Kenin.
