Shoes Hand Greenville, 8-1 Tennis Loss

GREENVILLE -- Teutopolis High School handed Greenville an 8-1 loss in tennis competition Thursday.

The Shoes swept doubles play. Alli Brumleve and Macy Probst combined to win, 8-1 while Grace Hoene and Isabelle Hemmen were 8-4 winners. Diana Mossman and Lexi Will went out at 8-1.

In singles play, Mossman took the top spot, 6-3, 6-0. Probst was a winner with a 6-4, 6-1 score. Grace Hoene took the No. 4 spot, 6-3, 6-1 while Lexi Will blanked her opponent, 6-0, 6-0. Kenna Koester went out at 6-2, 6-1 at No. 6.
