Effingham blanked Vandalia 9-0 in girls tennis Tuesday.

#1 singles--Chloe Funneman beat Stacey Hudson 6-1, 6-0

#2 singles--Lauryn Douthit beat Aleia Beckman 6-0, 6-0

#3 singles--Skyler Schafer beat Delora Hedgpeth 6-0, 6-0

#4 singles--Riley Arend beat Riley Ward 6-0, 6-0

#5 singles--Caroline Kull beat Jaden Johnson 6-0, 6-0

#6 singles--Riley Seachrist beat Victoria Smith 6-0, 6-0

#1 doubles--Funneman and Douthit beat Hudson and Beckman 10-2

#2 doubles--Schafer and C. Kull beat Hedpeth and Ward 10-2

#3 doubles--Arend and Lydia Kull beat Smith and Misty Stilt 10-0

St. Anthony swept Paris Tuesday.

Winners were #1 singles Emilee Mossman 6-0, 6-0

#2 singles Allison Kowalke 6-1, 6-0

#3 singles Averee Greene 6-0, 6-0

#4 singles Catherine Willenborg 6-0, 6-0

#5 singles Jessica Cook 6-0, 6-4

#6 singles Caroline Deters 6-1, 6-1

#1 doubles Kowalke and Greene 6-0, 6-0

#2 doubles Dasenbrock and Willenborg 6-1, 6-1

#3 doubles Mossman and Cook 6-1, 6-0

In an extra doubles match, Deters and Roepke won 6-2, 6-3

In JV action, St. Anthony got wins from Payton Sehy 6-2; from Ali Adams 6-1; from Madelyn Smith and Caroline McDevitt 6-2; from Ali Adams and Karen Canales 6-2; from Madelyn Smith and Caroline McDevitt 6-3; and from Peyton Sehy and Sharon Dong 6-4; from Karen Canales 6-1; from Alli Adams and Hannah Buenker 6-2; and from Payton Sehy and Caroline McDevitt 6-2. St. Anthony won the JV contest 9-4.
