Mount Zion came to town and handed Effingham a 7-2 loss in tennis action Wednesday.

The lone points for the Hearts came in the No. 5 singles spot as Noah Mulheron won 6-1, 6-0.

The doubles team of Mulheron and Jacob Sigg combined at No. 3 doubles to win 6-3, 6-1.
