T-town Winners Exit State Tournament

Teutopolis' singles player and doubles team exited State Tennis Tournament second round action Friday with losses.

Kyele Mossman won his opening round Thursday 6-1, 6-3 then fell in the second round 1-6, 6-2, 6-3. He came back to win in the second round of consolation 6-3, 6-2 to reach Friday's action.

In today's play, Mossman fell to Thomas Moh of Normal University 4-6, 6-2, 10-4.

Noah Pals and Alex Probst were opening round winners Thursday 6-4, 6-3 before dropping a loss in the second round 6-0, 6-0. The pair then won 6-1, 6-0 in second round consolation to reach Friday play.

In today's action, the duo fell to Joe Palakeel and Nicklas Nelson of Aurora Illinois Math and Science Academy, 4-6, 6-0, 10-5.
