Pairings Announced for Girls Minor League, Prep League, Junior League Tournaments

The Effingham Park District has announced pairings for the girls softball Minor League, Prep League and Junior League Tournaments.

The Minor League tournament will begin Monday at Evergreen Hollow Park.  On the East Diamond, Martin's IGA+ will take on Evergreen Mini Golf at 5:30pm followed by First National Bank of Dieterich and Heart and Home Realty at 7:30pm.  On the West Diamond, Chesnut Family Music will play Get Fit Family Fitness at 5:30pm.  Semifinal games will be played at 5:30pm Tuesday on each diamond and the 5:30pm winners will play at 7:30pm Tuesday on the East Diamond for the tournament championship.

The Prep League tournament will begin Tuesday at 7:30pm on the West Diamond as Remax takes on Effingham Truck Sales.  The winner will play top seed Joe's Pizza and Pasta on Wednesday at 5:30pm on the East Diamond while Crossroads Bank will play Spectrum Screen Graphics at 5:30pm on the West Diamond.  The 5:30pm winners will play at 7:30pm Wednesday on the East Diamond for the tournament championship.

The Junior League tournament will be a one-day affair on Wednesday.  The PAC will play Fonner Oral Surgery at 5:30pm on the East Diamond while Formaggio's Pizza will take on Bahrns Equipment at 5:30pm on the West Diamond.  The 5:30pm winners will play for the championship at 7:30pm on the West Diamond.
