Girls Minor, Prep League Results -- June 14

MINOR LEAGUE

Chesnut Family Music downed Spectrum Screen Graphics 12-3 behind an 18-hit attack in girls softball action Thursday.

Tessa Raddatz led the way for Chesnut with a single, double, two-run homer and three RBI. Bailey Bohnhoff and Ellen Robison had two singles and a double each. Robison had three RBI while Bohnhoff had one. Tinsly Sears had a single and double.

Spectrum had five hits, all singles by five different players.

Roepke Overhead Doors edged Dieterich Bank, 4-3. Roepke took a 2-1 first inning lead while Dieterich Bank came back to lead 3-2 in the top of the second. Roepke tied in the bottom of the frame and scored the winning run in the third.

Roepke was led by Avery Henry with a single and double.

Dieterich Bank was led by Clare Kinkelaar with a double and an RBI.

Bahrns Equipment downed REMAX 8-1 in the third contest.

Bahrns banged out 14 hits led by Allison Koeberlein with two doubles and two RBI and Riley Ruholl with a double.

REMAX had singles by Grace Bergbower, Emerson Boggs and Adin DeNoon.

PREP LEAGUE

Fonner Oral Surgery edged out to a 2-1 first inning lead on Joe's Pizza & Pasta and went on for a 20-17 victory in Prep League play Thursday.

Averie Wolfe threw a two-hitter. Fonner edged out to a 2-1 first inning lead and led 8-5 after two. Fonner never gave up the lead. Link led in hitting with two singles.

Ini the second contest, J&R Colision Center took a 6-2 opening inning lead and went on to down Crossroads Bank, 14-4.

Gabby McCubbin threw a two-hitter. J&R had nine hits led by Schiedemantel and McCubbin with two singles each. Schiedemangel added an RBI.
