SHELBYVILLE -- Effingham St. Anthony High School took a 3-2 opening inning lead and led 4-2 after two innings. But the Rams came back with a three-run third and finished out with a run in the fifth for a 6-4 victory.
The Bulldogs outhit Shelbyville 12-9. Woltman had two singles, two doubles and three RBI while Kabbes added two singles. St. Anthony drops to 8-7 on the season.

Altamont banged out 14 hits and was aided by five St. Elmo/Brownstown errors in a 16-3 win Wednesday.
The Indians held a 2-0 first inning lead then had two five-run innings. Winters pitched a nine-hitter with three walks and seven strikeouts.
Grimsley had two singles, a double and an RBI for the Indians while Biggs had a single, double and two RBI, Mette a home run and one RBI, Stone three singles and three RBI, Winters two singles and three RBI and Duckwitz two singles. Altamont improves to 2-0 in the National Trail Conference, 3-5 overall.
St. Elmo/Brownstown was led by Parkinson, C. Moss and S. Moss with two singles each. Parkinson and S. Moss added an RBI each.

Oblong handed Neoga a 10-0 loss in five innings via the 10-run rule Wednesday.
Oblong stepped out to a 5-0 first inning lead then added on four in the third and finished out with one in the fifth.
Neoga had two hits in the contest as Partlow and Lee had a single each. The Indians drop to 3-5 on the season.

Cumberland pushed its record to 6-7 on the season with a 6-2 win over Villa Grove-Broadlands Heritage Wednesday.
The Pirates held a 2-0 first inning lead. Villa Grove-Broadlands Heritage tied in the top of the fourth but the Pirates came right back in the bottom of the inning with four runs.
J. Oakley had two singles and an RBI for Cumberland.
