Walk's Auto Body edged out to a 3-1 first inning lead on J&R Collision and finished out with an 11-5 win in Girls' Junior Softball League action Wednesday at Evergreen Hollow Park.

Walk's had four hits in the contest led by Bella Kronewitter, Camryn Duncan, Cassie Robson and Kaitlyn Kinkelaar with a single each.

J&R Collision outhit Walk's with six. Jasmine Meyer led the way with two singles.

Walk's Auto Body came back to play the second contest against Effingham Express Care and won 14-3.

Effingham Express held a 3-2 lead in the first but Walk's took the lead for good in the top of the second with four runs and finished out with a five-run fifth.

Walk's was led in hitting by Kinkelaar with a home run, Shelby Starwalt with two singles and Robson with two singles.

Effingham Express was led by McKenzie Wittenberg with a single and a triple.
