Bruins Take 2-0 Series Lead On Rangers
(Boston, MA) -- Brad Marchand and Torey Krug tallied a goal and an assist each as the Bruins cruised past the Rangers 5-2 in Game Two of their Eastern Conference semifinal series. Gregory Campbell, Johnny Boychuk and Milan Lucic also lit the lamp for the B's, who take a commanding 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven set. Boychuk says they can't let up.
Tuukka Rask made 35 saves in the victory. Ryan Callahan and Rick Nash both scored for the Rangers, who host Game Three on Tuesday. Henrik Lundqvist allowed all five goals on 32 shots in defeat.
Sens Edge Pens In Double-OT
(Ottawa, Ontario) -- Colin Greening scored the game-winning goal 7:39 into the second overtime as the Senators edged the Penguins 2-1 in Game Three of their Eastern Conference semifinal series. Daniel Alfredsson scored shorthanded with 29 seconds left in regulation for the Sens, who now trail 2-1 in the best-of-seven set. Craig Anderson made 49 saves in the victory. Tyler Kennedy scored the lone goal for the Pens, who won the first two games of the series at home. Tomas Vokoun stopped 46 shots in defeat. Game Four is Wednesday in Ottawa.
