EHS Fall Sports Awards Presented

Effingham High School athletes in the fall season were honored with an awards ceremony and banquet Wednesday night at the Hearts Rock Cafe.

 

Girls golf winners were, left to right, Ava Boehm, Kennedy Collier and Anna Sigg.

Girls golf awards were presented to Ava Boehm (Player of the Year), Kennedy Collier (Sportsmanship, Most Improved) and Anna Sigg (Most Improved).

Letterwinners were Jaelyn Boone, Kennedy Collier, Morgan Krouse, Madilyn Stortzum, Ava Boehm, Anna Sigg and Anna Hirtzel.

Boys golf award winners were, left to right, Austin Waldhoff, Tate Niebrugge and Ryker Schneider.

Boys golf awards went to Tate Niebrugge (Most Valuable Player), Austin Waldhoff (Most Improved) and Ryker Schneider (Best Underclassman).

Lettermen were Aiden Beck, Tate Niebrugge, Austin Waldhoff, Ben Donsbach, Ethan Ritz, Ryker Schnieder and Nick Burgess.

Tennis award winners were, left to right, Lydia Kull, Caroline Kull, Riley Arend and Eden Wendling. Not pictured was Ariel Rubin.

Winning tennis awards were Riley Arend (Most Valuable Singles Player), Caroline Kull (Most Valuable Doubles Player, Holly Nosbisch Sportmanship award), Lydia Kull (Most Valuable Doubles Player), Eden Wendling (Most Improved Player) and Ariel Rubin (Heart of the Team award).

Letterwinners were Caroline Kull, Riley Arend, Lydia Kull, Riley Seachrist, Eden Wendling, Chloe Aden, Gracie Kroenlein and Alla Woomer.

Cross country winners were, left to right, Marah Kirk, Hope Monnet, Kiley Weaver, Nicole Schneiderjon, Clayton Cramsey, Jon Perry, Jayden Macklin and Freddie Lopez.

Cross country awards for boys and girls went to Jayden Macklin (Most Improved), Freddy Lopez (Most Valuable Runner), Jon Perry (Spirit award), Clayton Cramsey (The HEARTS award), Daelyn Dunston (Most Improved), Kiley Weaver (Most Valuable Runner), Hope Monnet (Spirit award), Nicole Schneiderjon (Spirit award) and Marah Kirk (The HEARTS award).

Letterwinners were Hope Monnet, Nicole Schneiderjon, Kiley Weaver, Daelyn Dunston, Marah Kirk, Zeel Patel, Clayton Cramsey, Freddy Lopez, Jon Perry and Andrew Donaldson.

Varsity soccer award winners were, left to right, Deryl Pleasant, Bryan Angel, Osvaldo Angel, Tucker Moeller, Brandon Duncan and Macy Williamson.

Winning varsity awards in soccer were Deryl Pleasant (Defensive award), Tucker Moeller (Offensive award), Brandon Duncan (Most Improved), Bryan Angel (Most Valuable Player), Macy Williamson (Heart of the Team) and Osvaldo Angel (Most Valuable Underclassman).

Letters went to Dylan Cunningham, Ivan Angel, Armando Estrada Angel, Victor Hugo Carrillo, Jeridyn Thomas, Bryan Angel and Jackson Doedtman, Tucker Moeller, Osvaldo Angel, Josh Bowlin, Deryl Pleasant, Andrew Qiu, Brandon Duncan, Parker Siner, Santiago Paneda, Jett McMillan and Macy Williamson.

Junior varsity soccer award winners were, left to right, Jarret Swan and Evan Zhao. Not pictured was Menphis Leasher.

Varsity volleyball winners were, left to right, Hayley Diveley, Olivia Martin, Sam Urch, Lexi Chrappa and Callie Feldhake.

The Hearts varsity volleyball awards went to Lexi Chrappa (Most Kills, Serving), Sam Urch (Most Blocks), Olivia Martin (Most Digs, Captain), Hayley Diveley (Most Assists) and Callie Feldhake (Captain).

Earning letters were Eliza Montgomery, Taylor O'Dell, Hayley Diveley, Lexi Chrappa, Kennedy Sowell, Jacy Boatman, Callie Feldhake, Sam Urch, Morgan Hagler, Olivia Martin and Britney Walls (manager).

Junior varsity volleyball winners were, left to right, Mattie Angel, Tori Budde, Chloe Koester, Brueklyn Belcher, Annie Frost, Sawyer Althoff and Megan Ballman.

Freshman/sophomore volleyball awards went to Annie Frost (Most Improved) and Ella Niebrugge (Hustle).
