Martin Truex Jr. won the rain-delayed Monster Cup race at Dover International Speedway Monday. It was the site of his first win in 2007, which also came on a Monday due to a rain delay. Truex finished over 9 seconds ahead of Alex Bowman, who was runner-up for the second straight week.
