Tyler Marschewski Takes Third at C'land Wrestling Meet

Marschewski opened with a win over Brayden Whitling of Harrisburg with a pin in 1:42. He lost to Jack Spence of Monticello, with a pin in 2:16. He then came back to take third place with a pin in 5:18 over JD Cabalero of Robinson.

Colin Marschewski finished fifth in the 132-pound category. Marschewski won with a pin in :53 before dropping a match with a pin in 2:49. Marschewski then took two pins, one in 2:37 and one in 1:42 to finish fifth.

Kendall Ballman captured fifth in the 145-pound division. Ballman lost his opener with a pin in 1:10 before picking up three straight victories with a pin in :30 and two decisions, 13-5 and 5-1.

Wyatt Sparks was fifth at 170 pounds. He lost his opener with a pin in 3:11 before winning his next two, with a 14-10 decision and a pin in 1:45. He lost on a pin in :15 to finish fifth.

Noah Prosser took sixth at 113 pounds. He won with a pin in 1:02 before losing his second match. He then won two straight, with pins in :49 and 2:26. He finished out with a loss on a pin in :39.

The Hearts won't be back in action until Saturday, December 29 at the Carterville Duals.
