Penguins Crosby Scratched From Lineup

Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby was scratched from the lineup last night against the Lightning with an upper-body injury and is considered day-to-day. However, the team says Crosby’s injury isn’t concussion-related.

P.K. Subban On Injured Reserve

The Nashville Predators have placed defenseman P.K. Subban on injured reserve with an upper back injury. Subban was injured in the Predators' 5-4 loss to San Jose on Tuesday.

Jets' Morrissey Fined

Winnipeg Jets defenseman Josh Morrissey has been fined $8,468 for unsportsmanlike conduct after throwing Washington Capitals forward T.J. Oshie to the ice late in Wednesday night’s game. However, Morrissey wasn’t suspended over the incident.
