Harness Races Tuesday Have Been Canceled

The harness races at the Effingham County Fair for Tuesday have, once again, been canceled.

The Sunday, Monday and Tuesday races were going to be contested in a 17-race program.

However, due to a wet track, the races today have been canceled.

Tuesday's races and Wednesday's races will be run beginning at noon Wednesday.
