EHS Wrestlers Claim Letters, Awards

Effingham High School wrestling award winners were, left to right, Ethan Huss, Jaret Alwardt, Megan Hanna, Brandon Marschewski, Zach Keitel and Shawn Cochran.

Effingham High School wrestlers were honored with a banquet and awards ceremony Saturday evening at the Hearts Rock Cafe.

The Most Valuable Wrestler award went to Brandon Marschewski. He also claimed the Most Valuble Offensive Wrestler award.

Zach Keitel was named Most Valuable Defensive Wrestler.

Shawn Cochran won the Most Improved Wrestler award.

Ethan Huss and Jaret Alwardt claimed the Rookie awards.

The Heart award went to Ethan Huss and Megan Hanna.
