Teutopolis Sports Physicals Scheduled

Athletic physicals for Teutopolis Unit 50 students (grades 7-12) who plan to participate in inter-school athletics will be given this year Tuesday, June 20 and Tuesday, June 27 at Runde Clinic.

The times are as follows:

Tuesday, June 20 for boys from 4:30-6 p.m.

Tuesday, June 27 for girls from 4:30-6 p.m.

Information and necessary forms regarding the physicals are available in the high school sports office. High school athletes must bring all completed forms with them when they report for their physical. Forms are available on the school website.

These physicals are for sports only. Kindergarten, sixth grade and ninth grade physicals will not be given at these times.
