Kings Look To Sweep Rangers In Stanley Cup Final

(New York, NY) -- The Los Angeles Kings can close out the Stanley Cup Final with a win over the New York Rangers tonight in Game Four at Madison Square Garden. The Kings cruised to a 3-0 shutout of the Blueshirts on Monday at MSG to take a commanding three-games-to-none lead in the best-of-seven set. LA is seeking its second Cup in team history after also winning it all in 2012. Only four teams in NHL history have rallied from a 3-0 series deficit and win, including LA in the first round of this year's playoffs.

Blackhawks Sign Swedish Center Rasmussen

(Chicago, IL) -- The Blackhawks are bringing in some international help. The team announced Tuesday it has signed Swedish center Dennis Rasmussen to a one-year deal. The 23-year-old played last season for the Vaxjo Lakers of the Swedish Hockey League, scoring 16 goals with 24 assists in 52 games.
