Effingham County Health Department to Offer Curbside Pneumonia Vaccination Clinic Effingham County Health Department (ECHD) will hold a Curbside Pneumonia Vaccination Clinic on Tuesday, November 9 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. PRE-REGISTRATION will be required to determine which vaccine you will need. Please call ECHD at (217) 342-9237. On the day, we ask you to wear a mask, short sleeved shirts and no coat in the car so it is easier to receive your shot.
