2021 Little Miss Pigtail Contest

Effingham County Pork Producers will sponsor the 2021 “Little Miss Pigtail” Contest for the girls of Effingham County, ages 4-7. Entries are limited to the FIRST 25 girls. All entrants must reside in Effingham County.

New this year, Judging will be Tuesday, August 3rd at 5:00 p.m. in the Schutzenfest building at the Effingham County Fairgrounds. At this time each participant will have their pigtails measured. Once measured all the contestants will meet outside the grandstand track entrance for line up @ 5:50 p.m.

Entries must be received by Friday, July 16th, 2021. Winners will be announced at approximately 6:00 p.m. on the grandstand stage, weather permitting. Each girl will receive a t-shirt that she will wear on-stage & a goody bag.

For Entry, please put the following information on a note card & send it by mail as your child’s entry form or you can use the entry form supplied in the Effingham County Fair Book.
