Tiger Woods has no recollection of the car crash that left his legs badly injured earlier this week.

Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva said, “At the hospital, he was asked about it by the investigators and he had no recollection of the crash itself.” Sheriff’s Deputy Carlos Gonzalez, who was the first to arrive at the scene six minutes after the police were called, said, “I don’t think he was aware of how gravely he was injured at the time. It could be a mixture of adrenaline, it could’ve been shock.”

Meanwhile, according to reports, Woods has been transferred to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles from Harbor UCLA Medical Center, where he had surgery for his leg fractures. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash.
