WINDSOR -- Effingham St. Anthony High School moved its boys golf match record to 4-0 on the season when the squad traveled to Shelbyville Tuesday.

"We played probably our best round of golf to date," said St. Anthony Coach Phil Zaccari. "It is not often that we get to throw out a 40 and a 41. Senior Luke Flaig played a solid even par round. We have been waiting for him to get it going. Hopefully it is a sign of things to come. Sophomore Thomas Chojnicki also played great, recording a personal best one-over-par 37. He has been pretty consistent. Overall, it was a great team performance."

Luke Flaig was medalist with a 36 followed by teammate Thomas Chojnicki with a 37. Also scoring for the Bulldogs were Ryan Schultz 38 and Jayden Rios 39.
