Australian golfer Jarrod Lyle made two holes-in-one Tuesday during a charity event in Melbourne, Australia, where he was stationed at the 15th hole at Yarra Yarra Golf Club.

Two years ago, Lyle returned from a second life-threatening bout with leukemia. On Tuesday, he was playing for the Challenge Charity golf day, which was raising funds for children's cancer causes.

According to Golf Australia, Lyle made his first ace at just after 8 a.m., using a 9-iron. He used a wedge to do it again several hours later, and joked on Twitter that he had "made another group very satisfied.''

His tee shots could be used for the groups that played the hole throughout the day.

Prior to the second ace, Lyle said he had made bets with players in the group that they couldn't hit it inside of him, and two players managed to knock their tee shots to within a few feat of the hole. Lyle then topped them with an ace.

"They were giving it to me, then I just hit it and it somehow weaved between their balls and went in -- we couldn't believe it,'' Lyle said. "It cost them a few bucks, but they absolutely loved it.''
