Bears Rank 13th In Local TV Viewing

(Chicago, IL) -- The Bears are 13th in a "Sports Business Daily" ranking of regular-season local television viewing. Chicago's 31.5-percent viewership was an eight-percent increase over 2012. The Saints were first at 52-percent while the Packers were third. The Raiders were last at 10.9-percent.

 

Bears Fan Who Tasered Wife Fined $250

(Tinley Park, IL) -- A Bears fan who tasered his Green Bay Packers fan wife as a part of a bet has been fined $250 in a Wisconsin court. John Grant told police he and his wife made a bet over the Bears-Packers game on November 4. The 42-year-old added that the two had been drinking.


Rams Rank 28th In Local Television Viewership

The Rams rank 28th in the NFL in local television viewing.  According to "Sports Business Daily," the Rams had an 18-percent viewership of regular-season games in their home market. The Saints led the league at 52-percent. The NFL average this season was 28.5-percent.
