(Earth City, MO) -- Rams running back Zac Stacy suffered a sprained ankle Monday night in a loss to Seattle  But it's unclear as to how much time he will miss or how serious the injury is, according to various reports. Stacy rushed for 134 yards on 26 carries against a very good Seahawks defense.

Cutler Hopes To Return Sooner Than Expected

(Lake Forest, IL) -- Injured Bears quarterback Jay Cutler could return to the playing field sooner than expected. ESPNChicago.com reports Cutler hopes to return from a groin injury earlier than the original one month timetable. Chicago wideout Brandon Marshall recently made the prediction that the signal-caller would only miss one game. Head coach Marc Trestman threw caution to the wind and said he would leave the injury prognosis up to the doctors. Cutler has thrown for over 1,600 yards, 12 touchdowns and seven interceptions this season. He is in the final year of his contract.
