OSU's Hyde Won't Be Charged With Assault

(Columbus, OH) -- Suspended Ohio State running back Carlos Hyde will not be charged with assaulting a female at a nightclub earlier this month. Columbus police say they are closing the case after the alleged victim decided not to pursue charges. Hyde had been named a person of interest in a police report filed by the 19-year-old woman. Head coach Urban Meyer says Hyde will miss at least the first three games of the season after the incident.
