Aaron Rodgers Goes To Retreat To Decide On Next Year

Green Bay Packers’ quarterback Aaron Rodgers said Tuesday on ‘The Pat McAfee Show’ that he will embark on a four-day/four-night “darkness retreat” soon after the Super Bowl on Sunday.

He said, “I've got a pretty cool opportunity to do a little self-reflection in some isolation, and then after that I feel like I'll be a lot closer to a final, final decision.” Rodgers said he has not decided if he will play in 2023.

 

Wilks Hired By 49ers

The San Francisco 49ers hire Steve Wilks, who was most recently the interim head coach of the Carolina Panthers, as their next defensive coordinator one week after defensive coordinator Demeco Ryans departed to become the Houston Texans' head coach. Wilks’ hiring comes a day after his formal interview with the team.
