The NFL insisted on an indefinite suspension for Cleveland Browns quarterback DeShaun Watson Tuesday at a hearing before the NFL and NFL Players Association’s jointly-appointed disciplinary officer, while Watson’s attorneys argued there’s no basis for the punishment, according to reports. The hearing continues today.

There were lawsuits filed by 24 women against Watson, accusing him of sexual assault and harassment during massages. Watson has denied the accusations. The disciplinary officer will decide if Watson violated the NFL’s personal conduct policy and whether to impose discipline.
