Colts Make Cunningham "Mr. Irrelevant"

(New York, NY) -- The Indianapolis Colts selected South Carolina tight end Justice Cunningham with the final pick in the 2013 NFL Draft making him "Mr. Irrelevant."  The last pick was the 254th selection overall. Last year's "Mr. Irrelevant" was quarterback Chandler Harnish, also taken by the Colts. Cunningham was the seventh South Carolina player drafted.

 

Packers Agree To Extension With QB Rodgers

(New York, NY  -- The Green Bay Packers have signed quarterback Aaron Rodgers to a five-year contract extension.  The deal is worth $110-million, with Rodgers earning 40-million in the first year. At $22-million per season, Rodgers becomes the highest paid player in NFL history surpassing Ravens QB Joe Flacco, who makes 20.1-million per season.
