The NFL reinstated Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett Wednesday, ending his indefinite suspension for an attack on Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph during a November game. In the incident, Garrett ripped off Rudolph's helmet and smashed him over the head with it. He was suspended for the Browns' six final games of the season, the longest suspension for a single behavior in NFL history.
