New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley left Sunday's 32-31 win against Tampa Bay in the second quarter with a high ankle sprain. Barkley was later seen on the sidelines in a walking boot and will undergo an MRI today.


Patriots' Edelman Suffers Chest Injury

New England Patriots receiver Julian Edelman left the team’s win against the Jets in the second quarter Sunday with a chest injury. After being tackled, Edelman got up holding his rib area.


Roethlisberger Won't Have To Undergo TJ Surgery

It’s being reported that Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger won’t have to undergo Tommy John surgery on his injured elbow and is expected to be back in time for the 2020 season.


Browns No Longer to Play in NFL

Antonio Brown says he’ll no longer play in the NFL after being released by the New England Patriots on Friday. Brown got in some parting shots on Twitter, mentioning Patriots owner Robert Kraft’s massage parlor incident and past sexual assault accusations against Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. Sources say that intimidating group text messages to a female accuser prompted the Patriots to release him.


Little Movement In College Poll

There was little movement at the top of the Associated Press college football poll. Clemson stays at No. 1, followed by Alabama, Georgia and LSU. Ohio State edged past Oklahoma into the fifth position while Wisconsin moved into the top 10 for the first time this season.
