The AFC and NFC Championship games are set as the Patriots downed the Chargers 41-28 Sunday and will face the Chiefs. It’ll be the eighth straight championship game for the Patriots and 13th in the Tom Brady-Bill Belichick era.

Meanwhile, the Saints will host the Rams after scoring a comeback win against the Eagles, thanks in part to an 18-play, 92-yard third quarter touchdown drive that ate 11 minutes, 29 seconds off the clock.

New Orleans Saints defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins has been diagnosed with a torn Achilles tendon. Rankins had to be carted off the field during yesterday's playoff game against the Eagles.

It looks like NFL teams may be expecting a players’ strike when the collective bargaining agreement runs out at the end of the 2020 season. It’s reported that the latest coaching contracts address how much each coach would make in the event of a work stoppage.
