Broncos Hire Bears' Vic Fangio

The Denver Broncos have hired Chicago Bears defensive coordinator Vic Fangio as their next head coach. Sources say it’s a four-year deal plus a team option for a fifth.

The Cleveland Browns have promoted interim offensive coordinator Freddie Kitchens to head coach. Kitchens has no previous head coaching experience, but was chosen over interim coach Gregg Williams, who was dismissed after leading the team to a 5-3 record over the second half.


Jets Hire Adam Gase

The New York Jets have hired former Miami Dolphins coach Adam Gase to replace head coach Todd Bowles, who was fired on December 30. Former Packers coach Mike McCarthy had expressed an interest in the job, but apparently that interest wasn’t mutual.


Clemson Players Declare For NFL Draft

Following their National Championship victory, Clemson’s Dexter Lawrence, Trayvon Mullen and Tre Lamar have declared for the NFL draft.
