Green Bay Fires Assistant Winston Moss

The Green Bay Packers fired assistant Winston Moss Wednesday. The firing came after Moss sent out a tweet questioning the Packers’ leadership and calling for accountability. However, interim coach Joe Philbin later said the tweet wasn’t the only reason Moss was fired.


Broncos' Sanders Tears Achilles Tendon

The Denver Broncos say wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders suffered a torn left Achilles tendon during Wednesday's practice. Not only is Sanders done for this season, they say he could miss part of next season as well. Meanwhile, the Broncos claimed former Buffalo Bills wide receiver Andre Holmes off waivers to fill Sanders’ spot.


Giants' Collins Out For Season

New York Giants safety Landon Collins is out for the season with a shoulder injury. The Giants say Collins has a partially torn labrum and will need surgery.
