Texas Tech Hires Matt Wells

Texas Tech has hired Utah State's Matt Wells as its new head football coach. He replaces Kliff Kingsbury, who was fired Sunday after a 5-7 season. A news conference to introduce Wells is scheduled for tomorrow.
