Vikings' Griffen Undergoing Mental Health Evaluation

The Minnesota Vikings’ Everson Griffen is undergoing a mental health evaluation at a Minneapolis-area hospital after the team informed him he wouldn’t be allowed back until he did so.

Griffen had been reported as "explosive, screaming and yelling" at the team facility and reportedly jumped out of the ambulance on the way, fearing someone was going to shoot him.


Raiders' Ball Placed in Induced Coma

Former Oakland Raiders linebacker Neiron Ball was placed in a medically induced coma after suffering a brain aneurysm earlier this month. A similar issue forced Ball to miss the entire 2011 season at Florida. Ball was cut by the Raiders at the end of training camp in 2016.


First Female Announcing Duo

Andrea Kremer and Hannah Storm will make broadcasting history Wednesday night when they become the first female announcing duo to call an NFL game. Kremer and Storm will handle the play-by-play for Amazon Prime Video’s coverage of the Rams-Vikings matchup.
