TAYLORVILLE -- Effingham  claimed two victories over Taylorville in Junior Hearts Football League action Saturday.

Effingham won the sixth-grade contest 30-0 and claimed the eighth-grade game 16-8.

Taylorville defeated Effingham 13-6 in fourth-grade play and 18-12 in double overtime in the fifth-grade contest. Taylorville won the seventh-grade game 14-0.
