(St. Louis, MO) -- Missouri Governor Jay Nixon is announcing a deal with unions and construction crews that could save millions on a proposed new stadium for the Rams. He says 24-hour per day work would speed up the stadium timeline and shave about 45-million off the estimated $985-million coSt.

The Rams continue to evaluate the top available college talent at this week's NFL Combine in Indianapolis. Defensive linemen and linebackers will have measurements and physicals today, while offensive linemen, tight ends, special teamers and kickers take part in the first on-field workouts.
