(St. Louis, MO) -- The Rams are promoting from within to fill coaching vacancies. They have named quarterbacks coach Frank Cignetti offensive coordinator and tight ends coach Rob Boras assistant head coach with a focus on the run game. Cignetti replaces Brian Schottenheimer and will call plays.
