Bears cornerback Tim Jennings is facing charges of DUI, speeding and reckless driving. He was arrested Wednesday morning in Gwinnett County, Georgia.  Jennings started all 16 games this season, recording 66 tackles, eight pass breakups, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. He's been with the Bears since 2010.
