(Madison, WI) -- Reilly O'Toole threw for 96 yards and two touchdowns but Illinois fell 38-28 to Wisconsin on Saturday in Madison. Aaron Bailey ran for 75 yards and a score as the Fighting Illini fell to 3-4 with an 0-3 Big Ten mark. The Illini host Minnesota on October 25th.
