Green Bay Packers Roll Past Vikings

(Green Bay, WI) -- Aaron Rodgers completed 12-of-17 passes for 156 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Packers to a dominating 42-10 victory over the Vikings at Lambeau Field. Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb each caught a TD while Eddie Lacy rushed for 105 yards and two scores. The defense totaled six sacks and forced three turnovers including a 49-yard interception return for a touchdown by Julius Peppers as Green Bay improved to 3-2. Christian Ponder threw for 222 yards and two picks and scampered for Minnesota's lone touchdown. Matt Asiata anchored the ground game with 72 yards on 15 carries as the Vikings dropped to 2-3 on the season.


Chicago To Host NFL Draft

(Chicago, IL) -- The NFL Draft will be in Chicago in 2015. The Bears announced the event will take place from April 30 to May 2 at Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University.  The draft was previously held in New York since 1965.

Bears cornerback Kyle Fuller is the NFC Defensive Rookie of the Month for September. Fuller was tied for the NFL lead with three interceptions and tied for second with a pair of forced fumbles. The Bears drafted him 14th overall out of Virginia Tech.

Offensive tackle Jermon Bushrod is in jeopardy of missing Sunday's game against the Panthers. He didn't practice on Thursday due to an accidental injury he suffered at practice on Wednesday. Jared Allen was limited for the second straight day while Brandon Marshall was a full participant once again.

Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams has a high ankle sprain according to coach Ron Rivera. Williams will not play on Sunday against the Bears and now has a cast on his right foot. The running back tweeted a picture of his pink cast Wednesday morning which he should get off at the end of the week.  


Rams At Eagles Sunday

(Philadelphia, PA) -- The Rams are back in action this weekend.  Coming off their bye week, the Rams face the Eagles Sunday in Philadelphia. Kickoff is at noon.  The Rams are 1-2 after blowing a 21-0 lead in a loss to Dallas in Week Three. Philly is 3-1 after its first loss at San Francisco.

Rams tight ends coach Rob Boras is hurting. He suffered a leg injury while trying to cover a tight end during individual drills at Thursday's practice.  Boras finished the day in a brace. QB Shaun Hill was a full participant and will back up newly-proclaimed starter Austin Davis.
