Rams On A Bye

(St. Louis, MO) -- The Rams get a chance to rest up this weekend as they have their bye in Week Four. The Rams are looking to regroup after blowing a 21-0 lead against Dallas on Sunday, losing 34-31 to fall to 1-2. The Rams' next game is a week from Sunday against the Eagles in Philadelphia.

The Rams may have a quarterback controversy on their hands when they return to action next weekend. Backup Austin Davis has played well in place of starter Shaun Hill, who has been out with a quad injury since Week One. Head coach Jeff Fisher maintains Hill will start if healthy.

Bears Focus On Packers

(Lake Forest, IL) -- The Bears are back to work today after an off day Tuesday. Chicago is coming off a 27-19 win over the Jets on Monday night and are on a short week for their next opponent on Sunday. The Bears host the Packers at Soldier Field in Week Four.

James Harrison Out of Retirement

James Harrison's retirement didn't last very long. After losing a pair of starting linebackers to injuries in their last game, the Pittsburgh Steelers signed the 2008 NFL Defensive Player of the Year on Tuesday. Harrison will rejoin the team he spent 10  of his first 11 NFL seasons with.

The decision comes after the Steelers saw outside linebacker Jarvis Jones go down with a wrist injury and rookie Ryan Shazier hurt his right knee during Sunday's 37-19 win at Carolina.Jones was placed on the injured reserve/designated to return list on Tuesday.

Harrison, who  spent last season with AFC North-rival Cincinnati, announced his intention to retire in late August. The 36-year-old was not signed by any team after being released by the Bengals in March.
