EHS Freshmen Fall to Salem in Football

Effingham High School's freshman football squad hosted Shelbyville last Saturday and fell 36-6.

The Wildcats held a 14-6 score through halftime then came back to lead 30-6 going into the final quarter and scored a final touchdown.

Terrence Hill led EHS in rushing with 15 carries for 104 yards. Lucas Vasquez connected on four passes for 83 yards. Hill had two catches for 56 yards and the lone EHS touchdown.
