Bears Place Wilson On Short-Term IR

(Lake Forest, IL) -- The Bears are putting wide receiver Marquess Wilson on the shelf. He's been placed on short-term injured reserve, meaning he won't be eligible to play until November 9. Wilson is recovering from a fractured clavicle. Chicago also re-signed cornerback Kelvin Hayden after cutting him.

The Bears are starting to gameplan ahead of Sunday's regular season opener against the Bills. Chicago welcomes Buffalo to Soldier Field in a contest that will be televised on FOX. It's the first of four games against AFC East opponents this year. Kickoff is scheduled for noon.


Rams Get Prepared For Vikings

(Earth City, MO) -- The Rams are starting to gameplan ahead of Sunday's regular season opener against the Vikings. St. Louis welcomes Minnesota to Edward Jones Dome in a contest that will be televised on FOX. The Rams lost the last meeting between the teams in 2012. Kickoff is set for noon.
