Bears Not Expected To Use Tag

(Lake Forest, IL) -- Today is the NFL's deadline for teams to assign a franchise tag to players for the 2014 season. The Bears are not expected to use the tag after placing it on Henry Melton last season. All tags must be applied by 3:00 p.m. this afternoon.
