EHS Girls Take 6th, Boys Take 9th at Charleston Invitational

Effingham's boys finished ninth at the Charleston Invitational Saturday.

Alfredo Lopez posted the low score for Effingham in 18:16.02, and finished 28th overall. Effingham's girls finished sixth at the event.

Miranda Fox finished seventh overall with a time of 20:21.58. Mahomet-Seymour won the boys' event, followed by Charleston Champaign Central, Urbana, Danville, Mt. Zion, Shelbyville, Mattoon, Effingham, Sullivan, LWRB, and IC Catholic Prep.
