Kings Blast Bulls

(Sacramento, CA) -- DeMarcus Cousins racked up 25 points and 16 rebounds as the Kings blasted the Bulls 99-70 at Sleep Train Arena. Isaiah Thomas tallied 19 points and Rudy Gay had 14 for the Kings, who put an end to their seven-game losing streak. Jimmy Butler netted 17 points, while Taj Gibson and Tony Snell both added 11 off the bench for Chicago, which shot just 28 percent as a team. Starters Carlos Boozer, Joakim Noah and Kirk Hinrich were a combined 6-of-29 from the field. The Bulls have lost two in-a-row for the first time since mid-December.

Bulls center Joakim Noah didn't get to finish out the team's loss last night against the Kings. Noah was ejected for a second technical in the third quarter and exploded. He directed multiple "F-bombs" at all three referees before getting escorted off the court.

Bulls forward Carlos Boozer isn't too happy with his playing time. ESPN reports that Boozer expressed his frustration before Monday's game, saying he should be out on the court in the fourth quarter. Boozer averages nearly 15 points and eight rebounds this year.

Wizards Topple Blazers

(Washington, D.C.) -- The Wizards held the Blazers to 14 points in the third quarter and earned a 100-90 win at the Verizon Center. John Wall's 22 points and 20 from Trevor Ariza led the Wizards to victory and over the .500 mark for the first time since Halloween night of 2009. Washington is 24-and-23 with wins in three of its last four games. Kevin Seraphin added 19 points in 23 minutes off the bench. Damian Lillard finished with 25 points, eight assists and six boards to lead Portland, with LaMarcus Aldridge adding 20 points and 10 rebounds. The Blazers have lost three of four and are 34-and-14.

Pacers Rock Magic

(Indianapolis, IN) -- No Pacers player reached 20 points but Indiana still bounced the Magic, 98-79, at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Danny Granger posted a team-high 16 points off the bench, while Lance Stephenson and Paul George each put up 15. Stephenson added 12 rebounds and five assists for the Pacers, who have won three-of-four. Arron Afflalo tallied a game-high 20 points in the loss. Nikola Vucevic went for 16 points and 13 rebounds as Orlando fell to 3-23 on the road.

Heat Sink Pistons

(Miami, FL) -- Dwyane Wade went off for 30 points, 10 rebounds and five assists as the Heat beat the Pistons, 102-96, at the AmericanAirlines Arena. Wade shot 13-of-19 from the field tallying his most points the he tallied 32 on December 18. LeBron James missed out on a triple double with 24 points, 11 helpers and eight boards. Miami has won five of six. Josh Smith shot 5-of-20 from the field with six turnovers in the loss. Brandon Jennings posted a team-high 26 points for Detroit, which had a two-game winning streak snapped.

Nets Hold Off Sixers

(Brooklyn, NY) -- The Sixers trailed by 16 points in the fourth quarter and cut the lead to two with 22 seconds left in the game, but the Nets held on for a 108-102 win at the Barclays Center. Paul Pierce made all 14 free throws he took and scored 25 points and Deron Williams added 21. Brooklyn snapped a three-game losing streak and improved to 21-25. The Nets played without guard Joe Johnson, who is dealing with right knee soreness. Shaun Livingston added 13 points and eight assists. Michael Carter-Williams led the 76ers with 21 points and Tony Wroten added 18 points off the bench. Philly has lost three straight and six of its last seven.

Bucks Knock Off Knicks

(Milwaukee, WI) -- Brandon Knight knocked down a three-pointer in the closing seconds to lift the Bucks to a 101-98 win over the Knicks at the Bradley Center. Knight finished with 25 points, seven assists and four threes. Milwaukee hit 11-of-18 from deep to end a six-game losing streak and pick up its ninth win of the season. Carmelo Anthony and J.R. Smith carried New York but it wasn't enough. "Melo" dropped in 36 points on 13-of-25 shooting, while Smith tallied 30 points off the bench. The Knicks have lost two in-a-row since a four-game winning streak.

Spurs Rock Pelicans With Huge Fourth

(New Orleans, LA) -- The Spurs outscored the Pelicans by 19 in the fourth quarter to pull out a 102-95 victory at the New Orleans Arena. Tony Parker led the way with 32 points and nine assists, while Tim Duncan chipped in 21 points, seven rebounds and six blocks. San Antonio has bounced back from a three-game losing streak with two consecutive wins. Anthony Davis had a double-double in the loss with 17 points, 16 rebounds and four blocks. Anthony Morrow hit 7-of-9 shots on his way to 20 points off the bench. The Pelicans won four of their previous five games.

Durant Leads Thunder Past Grizzlies

(Oklahoma City, OK) -- Kevin Durant recorded 31 points, eight rebounds and eight assists to lead the Thunder past the Grizzlies 86-77 in Oklahoma City.  Serge Ibaka posted 21 points and 12 boards for the Thunder, who bounced back after having their 10-game winning streak snapped Saturday at Washington.  Reggie Jackson added 12 points in the victory. Zach Randolph had 13 points and as many boards for Memphis, which saw its winning streak end at six. Marc Gasol also scored 13 points, while Courtney Lee and Mike Miller both added 11 in the setback.

Mavs Crush Cavs

(Dallas, TX) -- Dirk Nowitzki scored 23 points and Monta [[ MON-tay ]] Ellis added 22 as the Mavericks crushed the Cavaliers 124-107 at American Airlines Center. Samuel Dalembert donated 18 points and eight rebounds, while Jose Calderon chipped in with 11 points and 10 assists for the Mavs, who have won three-of-four. Devin Harris had 16 points off the bench in the victory. Kyrie Irving netted a game-high 27 points to go with eight assists for Cleveland, which has lost five in-a-row and seven of its last eight overall. Luol Deng posted 18 points and eight rebounds and Tristan Thompson tallied 17 points and eight boards in the setback.

Nuggets Down Clippers At Buzzer

(Denver, CO) -- Randy Foye connected on a three pointer from 30 feet away as time expired to give the Nuggets a 116-115 win over the Clippers at the Pepsi Center. Matt Barnes knocked down a triple moments earlier to give Los Angeles a two-point lead.  Kenneth Faried tallied a career-high 28 points with 11 rebounds for Denver, which got back to .500 at 23-23. Ty Lawson added 27 points, six boards and four assists. Blake Griffin's 36 points, 11 rebounds and four assists wasn't enough for Los Angeles. Jamal Crawford and DeAndre Jordan each chipped in 19 as the Clippers dropped to 34-17.
