Grizzlies Handle Hawks

(Memphis, TN) -- Mike Conley's 21 points and 13 assists powered Memphis past Atlanta, 108-101 at FedEx Forum. Zach Randolph added 18 points and 12 rebounds, one of six Grizzlies to score in double figures. Memphis has won two straight to improve to 17-19. The Hawks got 21 points from Paul Millsap and 20 from Jeff Teague in the loss. Atlanta is 20-18 but has lost four of its last six games.


Kings Romp Cavs

(Sacramento, CA) -- Isaiah Thomas led the way with 26 points and six assists as the Kings crushed the Cavaliers, 124-80, at Sleep Train Arena. Cleveland led 32-30 after the first quarter and then was outscored 94-to-48 the rest of the way. Rudy Gay continued his strong play since being acquired with the Kings scoring 20 points with five rebounds. In 15 games with the Kings, Gay is averaging 20 points on 52-percent shooting and the team is 7-8. Kyrie Irving struggled shooting going 3-of-14 from the field with seven points and five assists in the loss. C.J. Miles tallied a team-high 14 points for the Cavs, who had a two-game winning streak end.


Spurs Slam Timberwolves

(San Antonio, TX) -- Kawhi Leonard posted 17 points and six rebounds to help the Spurs sink the Timberwolves 104-86 in Texas. Tim Duncan had 15 points, eight rebounds, five assists and four blocks for San Antonio, which has won four straight. Tony Parker totaled 14 points and 10 assists in the win.  Nikola Pekovic scored 22 points with six boards for Minnesota, which has alternated wins and losses the last eight games. Kevin Love registered 14 points and seven rebounds but was 3-of-14 from the field.


Noah Addresses Deng Deal

(Chicago, IL) -- Bulls center Joakim Noah is feeling hurt by the trade of teammate Luol Deng to the Cavaliers. Noah spoke out after Saturday's win over the Bobcats, saying he's spoken to Deng about the deal. Noah adds that they have to move on from it and adds that he's not mad at the organization.

The Bulls welcome the Washington Wizards to the United Center this evening. Chicago improved to 17-18 with Saturday's home win over the Charlotte Bobcats. The Wizards are 16-and-19 following a loss to the Rockets Saturday. Tip from the Madhouse on Madison is set for 7 p.m.
