Clippers Crush Bulls

(Los Angeles, CA) -- Chris Paul racked up 16 points and 17 assists as the Clippers crushed the Bulls 121-82 at STAPLES Center.  Jared Dudley was 8-of-10 from the field for a team-best 21 points as the Clippers improved to 10-5. J.J. Redick added 19 points and Blake Griffin posted 15 points and 12 boards in the victory. LA shot 58.5-percent as a team to Chicago's 39.5-percent. Luol Deng netted a game-high 22 points for the Bulls, who were playing their first game without Derrick Rose. Rose suffered a torn meniscus in his right knee on Friday and is out indefinitely. Carlos Boozer and Mike Dunleavy had 14 points apiece in the setback. Chicago fell to 6-6 with its third straight loss.

 

Pistons Pop Nets

(Brooklyn, NY) -- Rodney Stuckey scored a team-high 27 points off the bench to pace the Pistons to a 109-97 win over the Nets at the Barclays Center. Greg Monroe tallied 18 points and 11 rebounds for Detroit, which snapped a two-game slide. Brandon Jennings totaled 14 points and 10 assists in the win. Joe Johnson had a game-high 34 points for Brooklyn, which has lost five straight to dip to 3-10. Paul Pierce scored 19 points in the setback.

 

Suns Top Magic

(Orlando, FL) -- Goran Dragic recorded 23 points and 13 assists as the Suns topped the Magic 104-96 at the Amway Center. Gerald Green posted 20 points and eight boards, while Marcus Morris had 16 points and seven rebounds off the bench for Phoenix, which has won two in-a-row after a four-game skid.  Channing Frye added 14 points and seven boards in the victory. Nikola Vucevic notched 20 points and 10 boards to lead the Magic, who have dropped four straight and seven of their last eight.  Andrew Nicholson donated 19 points and eight boards off the pine in defeat.


Thunder Roll Jazz

(Oklahoma City, OK) -- Serge Ibaka scored 17 points to go with 11 rebounds helping Oklahoma City blast Utah, 95-73, at Chesapeake Energy Arena. Kevin Durant added 19 points and nine rebounds. OKC led by 17 at halftime and 32 after three quarters. The Thunder improved to 9-3 and has won four straight games. The Jazz got 10 points in 10 minutes off the bench from center Rudy Gobert. Utah shot just 39.4 percent for the game and fell to 1-14, having lost six straight.


Lakers Bounce Kings

(Los Angeles, CA) -- Pau Gasol had a double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds as the Lakers cruised past the Kings, 100-86, at the STAPLES Center. Xavier Henry scored a game-high 21 points off the bench for Los Angeles, which improved to 7-7. Steve Blake added nine points, 12 assists and five rebounds. Greivis Vasquez tallied 20 points with seven assists in the loss. DeMarcus Cousins chipped in 17 points, eight rebounds and seven assists for the Kings, who dropped to 4-9.
